Powerlifting India is soon going to host another Asian meet at Kerala in the month of May and it’s indeed a matter of great privilege and pride for all of us in India to welcome lifters and delegates from all over Asia for this very competitive power sports!
Such exposure for our Indian players is a must as they not only get to see best lifting in Asia but more importantly get an exposure to see, evaluate and follow various techniques, skills and style to suit and improve their own performances for themselves and for India . Such wonderful and priceless exposures are the backbone for improvement of raw and experienced talents as well and at Powerlifting India , we take them very seriously !
Powerlifting India is also committed to keep our sports clean and fair and as a result unlike any fake federations we always have NADA to supervise all our important domestic events and such supervision and support from government agencies ensure that we continue to harness and tone our best talent which is also ‘dope free ‘!
These steps keep India’s flag flying and enhances our prestige at global arena as world knows that India remains committed to fair lifting and produces lifters who are clean!
I urge all of lifters to remain fair and keep away from the menace of drugs as they do no good to anyone and eventually kills the prospect and player both!
Soon we will have international powerlifting sports academies in East and south of India and we believe these will serve as cornerstone of development for sports of Powerlifting in India!
I take this opportunity to wish all our colleagues in PI, all the very best for their support and team work without which we could not post such wonderful achievements. Credit is also due to our lifters, referees, officials and all powerlifting enthusiasts for their good wishes and handy support as always!
Yours in Powerlifting
